Most Saturday mornings Byrdie, Woods and I head over to the SFC Farmer’s Market for fresh eggs, organic veggies, and a popsicle (or 2). While Brad is the chef in our house, I am the shopper. And I shop for beauty, not for taste. I see locally grown vegetables the same way I see flowers –some are amazingly beautiful while others can simply be passed by.

Combining traditional skills with a modern mind, Roberto gets real with the provenance of food.
