Fancy Mushroom Diorama
No matter how many orbits around the sun I might make in my lifetime, I never seem to be so old that I do not give over to the naïve childlike love of color, lots and LOTS of big color. Furthermore, I confess my sensibilities are tickled to the core by a wonderfully off-kilter element.

Chocolate Laced Art
This week our muse is chocolate. So I chose this painting of someone wearing a pair of classic Chuck Taylor sneakers. “Hmmm?” You say. What do these two seemingly unrelated things have in common? Is it just the color? Nope. It’s more. In my estimation I see a commonality that transcends the obvious color.
