Daikon: The Transformer

We’re discussing daikon, or lo bok, at the dining room table.  “He’s a good guy, right?” asks Hambone.

Four year olds know that no matter how you say it, slice it or serve it, the daikon snaps into place morphing salads, sandwiches, sauces and so on.
